Changing the colour of the icon of a wrongly solved problem after a repeated (but already correct)

1. Solve the problem incorrectly.
2. Go to another task (can be solved).
3. Go back to the incorrectly solved problem and solve it correctly.

Expected behaviour: The colour of the icon of the incorrectly solved problem has not changed.

Actual result: the colour of the icon changes to the colour of the correctly solved problem (green).

It looks strange, the icon is green, but the points are subtracted :)
